UK Customer Experience Awards: the new additions to our trophy cabinet

img_6539We are over the moon to announce that we have two new trophies gracing the walls here at tails.com HQ. And they reflect the fact that our customers guide every single decision we make as a team and a business.

We’re extremely proud to have entered and won two awards at the UK Customer Experience Awards, which is one of the most important events for Customer Experience professionals across the UK. Since its launch seven years ago, it is now attended by over 150 companies each year.

This time, the silver prize went to tails.com in two categories; ‘Customer Centric Culture – Culture of Excellence’ and ‘Team – A Whole New Level’. This means a lot to us since we make a particular effort to go above and beyond for our customers’ peace of mind and to, above all, make it easier for people to do the best for their dogs.

Everyone in the team was involved with the whole process from start to finish. We had team members making a video of our office life and everyone shared their favorite customer stories.”

Sharing our customer stories is one of the perks of the job over at tails.com where we really do know a lot of our customers personally. Many people write in to tell us about their dogs and since we’re a team of dog owners and dog lovers, we can always relate in some way.

One customer recently left this review for our Customer Support agent Kimberley; “I was blown away that the lady I spoke with took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my dogs and their history. She seemed to understand and offered some advice, and let me know to keep her informed of things, which I will do – the quality of support I received was exceptional, when I came off the phone, I suddenly didn’t feel so alone – thank you so much.”

As for the awards ceremony itself, we couldn’t turn up without a dog, so office dog Pip, the 5 month old cavapoo, also attended and behaved charmingly throughout. She even acted as a product demonstrator by chewing one of our Dental Dailies on stage. Thank you Pip for not showing us up.
